Ingredients

  • 1 packet chocolate biscuits


  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut


  • 1 tbsp chocolate syrup


  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar


  • 1 tsp butter or malai


  • 1 tbsp milk

Directions

  • Grind biscuits into a fine powder
  • Take powdered biscuits in a mixing bowl add chocolate syrup and make a dough keep it aside
  • In another bowl mix sugar and coconut
  • Add butter or malai and milk to make a crumble texture
  • Roll the biscuit dough on a butter paper to a thickness of 1/4 inch
  • Spread the coconut mixture on it evenly
  • Tightly roll it into a log and keep it in freeze for 2-3 hrs and cut it in slices
