cut onion and tomato finely
take a wok put half butter let it hot then add ginger garlic paste sauté for 30 seconds
add onion and fry until pink colour
then add tomatoes and salt, pav bhaji masala, dry mango powder, Kashmiri red chilly powder and mix cook on low heat untill oil start living pan
now put boiled veggies and potatoes and mash with mashers very well add water mashing time if you are feeling bhaji is thick
now add coriander leaves and balance butter and give a good mix and off heat
now take pav bread make hole inside it and make them empty from inside
pour bhaji in these pav breads holes and put grated mozzarella cheese
preheat oven @ 200 degree and bake for 10 minutes
garnish with oregano and serve
