Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup rice


  • 1 onion sliced


  • 1 tomato chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 potato cut into wedges


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 4 curry leaves


  • 1 handful sweet corn (optional)

Directions

  • Heat oil in cooker and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, curry leaves and onions.
  • When onion turn golden add tomatoes , salt, haldi, red chilly powder.
  • Add potato and stir it.
  • Wash rice and transfer into the cooker. Add 2 cup water and pressure cook for 3 whistles.
  • Serve hot with papad.
