Dry roast broken wheat for 3 to 4 minutes
Remove in a pot
Now keep a pan on medium flame
Add ghee in it
Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds
Add curry leaves
Add chopped onion
Fry well
Add chopped tomato ...fry well
Add 2 glasses of water
Add roasted broken wheat
Add all the vegetables
Add salt and pepper powder
Cover with a lid
Keep on very slow flame
Keep stirring in between
When all things are soft turn off the flame
Keep in your kids tiffin
