Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup gram flour


  • 1 tablespoon semolina


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder


  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds


  • 2 teaspoon fresh coriander leaves


  • 1 onion


  • 2 tablespoons Oil for shallow frying

Directions

  • Mix gram flour and semolina in a bowl
  • Add water to make a smooth batter
  • Add chopped onion and coriander leaves
  • Add salt ,red pepper powder,and carom seeds
  • Mix well
  • Now grease a tava
  • Pour batter 1 full ladle
  • Fry from both sides by flipping and adding oil
  • When golden from both sides wrap in foil and keep in lunch box of kids
