Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 1 cup gram flour

  • 1 tablespoon semolina

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds

  • 2 teaspoon fresh coriander leaves

  • 1 onion

  • 2 tablespoons Oil for shallow frying

Directions

    Mix gram flour and semolina in a bowl

  • 02

    Add water to make a smooth batter

  • 03

    Add chopped onion and coriander leaves

  • 04

    Add salt ,red pepper powder,and carom seeds

  • 05

    Mix well

    Now grease a tava

  • 07

    Pour batter 1 full ladle

  • 08

    Fry from both sides by flipping and adding oil

  • 09

    When golden from both sides wrap in foil and keep in lunch box of kids
