Ingredients

Serves 4

  • pasta boiled n strained 2 cups

  • pasta masala packet 1 nos

  • capsicum cut lenghtwise 2 nos

  • onion 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

  • make the dough: maida 1 cups

  • suji 1/4 cups

  • wheat flour 2 tbsp

  • Salt 1 pinch

  • oil 2 tbsp

  • ajjwain 1 tsp

    Method to make pasta : Heat oil put onion n capsicum n saute till onion is slightly brownish n capsicum also changes its color..add gg paste add the spices stir well.

    Now add pasta n pasta masala n mix well n cook for 5mins..till its dry.

    Let it cool

    make the dough: Mix all these ings.. n yse water to make a dough not too hard n not too soft ..

    Keep the dough covered for 15 mins.

    Now make small balls n roll like small puris put the filling of pasta n fold like gujiya n deep fry.

    Enjoy hot hot in this monsoon with sauce.
