Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cups pasta boiled n strained


  • 1 nos pasta masala packet


  • 2 nos capsicum cut lenghtwise


  • 2 nos onion


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste


  • 1 cups make the dough: maida


  • 1/4 cups suji


  • 2 tbsp wheat flour


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp ajjwain

Directions

  • Method to make pasta : Heat oil put onion n capsicum n saute till onion is slightly brownish n capsicum also changes its color..add gg paste add the spices stir well.
  • Now add pasta n pasta masala n mix well n cook for 5mins..till its dry.
  • Let it cool
  • make the dough: Mix all these ings.. n yse water to make a dough not too hard n not too soft ..
  • Keep the dough covered for 15 mins.
  • Now make small balls n roll like small puris put the filling of pasta n fold like gujiya n deep fry.
  • Enjoy hot hot in this monsoon with sauce.
