Dough :Take the all purpose flour in a bowl and add a pinch of salt.
Melt 1 tablespoon ghee, add it to the flour and rub it with your fingertips. Start adding little water at a time and knead into smooth dough.
Cover it with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
For Filling:Heat 1 tablespoon ghee in a pan, Add chopped nuts and fry them for 30 seconds while stirring continuously.
Add khoya, 2 tablespoons milk and cook for 2-3 minutes, Add the dark chocolate chips and mix well. Cook for another 2-3 minutes ..
Take the mixture out in a bowl . keep it cool and add caster sugar. Mix well and keep it aside.
For Gujiya:Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll into medium thick roti. Cut into circles using a cutter or back of a small bowl with sharp edges.
Hold one of the circles in hand, place a spoonful of stuffing, fold it and press the sides. Repeat this process for making gujiyas with rest of the dough.
Heat oil in a pan for deep frying. Fry the stuffed gujiyas until golden brown. Let them cool before garnishing them.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce on the gujiyas..
