Preheat oven at 160°
Melt jaggery in microwave at high temperature for 30 seconds
Mix dry ingredients
Mix curd, oil, jaggery and vanilla essence
Mix dry ingredients in the curd mix and fold it
Line the baking tray with butter paper and transfer the batter in it
Sprinkle chop nuts on it and bake it for 25 minutes
Cool it on wire rack and cut in slices
