Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 1 cup curd


  • 11/2 whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder


  • 3/4 cup oil


  • 1 cup melted jaggery


  • 11/2 tsp baking powder


  • 11/2 tsp baking soda


  • 2 tbsp Chopped nuts


  • 1 tsp vanilla essence

Directions

  • Preheat oven at 160°
  • Melt jaggery in microwave at high temperature for 30 seconds
  • Mix dry ingredients
  • Mix curd, oil, jaggery and vanilla essence
  • Mix dry ingredients in the curd mix and fold it
  • Line the baking tray with butter paper and transfer the batter in it
  • Sprinkle chop nuts on it and bake it for 25 minutes
  • Cool it on wire rack and cut in slices
