Ingredients

  • semolina 1 cups

  • curd 1/2 cups

  • boiled potatoes 2 nos

  • capsicum 2 nos

  • salt 2 tsp

  • jaljeera masala 1 tsp

  • garam masals 1 tsp

  • red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • amchur powder 2 tsp

  • jeera 1 tsp

  • coriander 2 tbsp

    Firstly sieve semolina add curd to it.

    Now grate the boiled potatoes and add to semolina.

    Now finely chop the capsicum and add to semolina.

    Now add all the spicez and coriander.

    Mix it well.

    Now add about 3/4 cup of water and mix it well.

    See that ur batter is thicker then the idli batter.

    Cover and let it rest for 20 mins to ferment.

    Heat oil in a wok

  • 10

    Now grease your fingers take a big spoonful of batter put it on ur fingers and immediately put it in oil .

    Fry it on medium flame.

    Press it slughtly with the help of a flat spoon to get even shape

    When one side is done turn the side and fry till golden brown.

    Serve hot with sauce or a dip.
