Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups semolina


  • 1/2 cups curd


  • 2 nos boiled potatoes


  • 2 nos capsicum


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp jaljeera masala


  • 1 tsp garam masals


  • 2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 2 tsp amchur powder


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 2 tbsp coriander

Directions

  • Firstly sieve semolina add curd to it.
  • Now grate the boiled potatoes and add to semolina.
  • Now finely chop the capsicum and add to semolina.
  • Now add all the spicez and coriander.
  • Mix it well.
  • Now add about 3/4 cup of water and mix it well.
  • See that ur batter is thicker then the idli batter.
  • Cover and let it rest for 20 mins to ferment.
  • Heat oil in a wok
  • Now grease your fingers take a big spoonful of batter put it on ur fingers and immediately put it in oil .
  • Fry it on medium flame.
  • Press it slughtly with the help of a flat spoon to get even shape
  • When one side is done turn the side and fry till golden brown.
  • Serve hot with sauce or a dip.
