Mix all the above ing n make a dough not very soft n not very hard keep aside
mix all the ings n make a dough for filling.
Divide the maida dough into two parts.
roll 1 part into a chapati abt 1/4 inch thickness
Divide the potato dough in two parts .
Take 1 part n spread on the rolled chapati evenly with the hand.
Now roll the chapati to make a log and press the edges with the finger tips.
With a sharp knife cut this roll 2 inches thickness slices in slanting way.
same way complete the other part also
Now heat oil n deep fry on medium flame n serve immediately with chutney or tomato sauce.
