  • 2cup semolina

  • 1cup gram flour

  • 1cup curd

  • 1spoon salt

  • 1/2spoon sugar

  • 1packet eno

  • 1chopped onion

  • 1/2spoon lemon juice

  • 1spoon mustard seed

  • 2 green chilli

  • 2spoon oil

    Take bowl add all dry ingredients exceptpt eno . Now add curd n water mix well n make thick consistency batter like cake.

    Keep aside for 20min now add eno n lemon juice whisk for 4-5min .

    Now take a pan add oil let it heat now add mustard seed n turmeric powder mix with batter .

    Take mould grease with oil now transfer batter in mould tap 1-2times n let it steam for 20-25min in medium flame.

    Take out n let it cool .again heat the oil add mustard seed and chopped onion saute for 2min.

    Now spread in dhokla cut ur desirable shape n enjoy ur yummy spungy dhokla.
