  • 1 cup rice, mix vegetables- carrot spring onion bell peppers or cabbage 1 bowl, oil for frying salt to taste 2spoon corn starch, black pepper powder 1/2 tspoon tomato ketchup 4 table spoon 1/2 spoon vinegar, ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon

Directions

  • soaked rice for 1/2 hours for fried rice boiled rice and tempering for rice add oil in pan 2 spoon add zeera and spring onion carrot beans cabbage bell pepper ( cutting into small pieces) sauté all for 2 min then add boil rice and salt to taste mix well add little vinegar if u liked on low flame 2-4 min ur fried rice ready. for manchurian- add all cutting veggies in bowl and corn starch and little bit of maida salt to taste mix well and makes ball shape like koftas frying them keep a side. for gravy add oil on heat pan add spring onion grated carrot or cabbage mix add ginger garlic paste sauté for few minutes add corn starch mix with water 4 cup and add after one boil add vinegar tomato ketchup and salt to taste mix well then add dry manchurian mix well on low flame cooked 2 mint after that switch off gas decorated with spring onion or coriander leaves serve hot with rice
