Ingredients

Serves 4

  • potatoes 3-4 nos

  • besan 1 cups

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • haldi 1 pinch

  • Salt as per taste 1 pinch

Directions

    Firstly peel potatoes and cut into thin round slices and keep in salt water.

    Now remove potatoes from water and sprinkle sum red chilli chat masala and garam masala and mix it well

  • 03

    Now make a besan batter by adding salt haldi red chilli powder garam masama chat masala by using water .make a semi liquid batter.

    Now heat oil and dip each piece of potato in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.

    Serve hot
