Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 3-4 nos potatoes


  • 1 cups besan


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp chat masala


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 pinch haldi


  • 1 pinch salt as per taste

Directions

  • Firstly peel potatoes and cut into thin round slices and keep in salt water.
  • Now remove potatoes from water and sprinkle sum red chilli chat masala and garam masala and mix it well
  • Now make a besan batter by adding salt haldi red chilli powder garam masama chat masala by using water .make a semi liquid batter.
  • Now heat oil and dip each piece of potato in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
  • Serve hot
