1 cup rice, 1/2 cup arhar dal , 4-5 brinjal wheat dough 6-8 ball whole masala dhaniya, haldi red chilli powder and salt to taste and garam masala onion paste ginger garlic paste imli paste and oil and 2 tpsoon ghee
Directions
boil rice with 2 glass of water on simmer until they cooked boil dal with masale in cooker 2 whistle add salt to taste tempering with zeera or degi mirch for brinjal cut into 4 parts each in pan heat oil add zeera and onion paste sauté add ginger garlic paste sauté after 5 min add tomato purée sauté add termeric chilli and dhaniya powder mix well when oil separate to the vessel add brinjal on low flame then they half done add imli paste and salt to taste when they cooked completely add coriander leaves for Decoration whole food ready to serve hot with roti or salad
add little desi ghee for more taste
