Make a onion paste and keep a side
in a big bowl add chicken, curd, salt, lemon juice , 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste and 1 tea spoon garam masala mix well and marinate it for 1 hour
heat oil in a pot add onion paste saute till aroma comes
now add green chili and black pepper powder mix it well add little water if required
Now add bay leaf
Now add cashews paste and mix it well saute till oil comes
now add chicken mix well and let them cook till it's become soft and tender
When its become soft and oil comes above add cream in it
Mix it well and keep a thick gravy
Now off the flame and serve hot with roti or paratha
