Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • Chicken 500 gm


  • Curd 250 gm


  • Black pepper powder 2 teaspoon


  • Garam masala powder 1 teaspoon


  • Onion 2 big


  • Cashew paste 1/2 cup


  • Green chili 6 (slightly cut)


  • Bay leaf 5


  • Cream 2 tablespoon


  • Ginger garlic paste 1 tablespoon


  • Oil 1 cup


  • Lemon juice 2 teaspoon


  • Salt 1 teaspoon or according to your taste

Directions

  • Make a onion paste and keep a side
  • in a big bowl add chicken, curd, salt, lemon juice , 1 tablespoon oil, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tea spoon ginger garlic paste and 1 tea spoon garam masala mix well and marinate it for 1 hour
  • heat oil in a pot add onion paste saute till aroma comes
  • now add green chili and black pepper powder mix it well add little water if required
  • Now add bay leaf
  • Now add cashews paste and mix it well saute till oil comes
  • now add chicken mix well and let them cook till it's become soft and tender
  • When its become soft and oil comes above add cream in it
  • Mix it well and keep a thick gravy
  • Now off the flame and serve hot with roti or paratha
