Ingredients

  • nutri digestive biscuits 800 gms

  • walnuts 160 gms

  • sugar 200 gms

  • butter 150 gms

  • coco powder 60 gms

  • fresh cream 120 gms

  • dark chocolate. 120 gms

  • vanilla essence. 1 tsp

Directions

    Dry roast the walnuts and keep aside.

    Now break the biscuits into small pieces.

    Mix biscuits and 100 gms walnuts in a big pan.

  • 04

    Now take another pan and water sugar and cocoa powder mix well and give 1 boil.

    Now add butter keep stirring and let it boil on low flame for 5 mins. Off the flame and let it cool a bit .

    Now add the vanilla essence and pour the mixture on biscuits and mix it well.

    Put the biscuits mixture in a setting bowl and keep in fridge for 1/2 hour.

    Now take another pan and put cream and boil it . Givd only 1 boil off the flame add the dark chocolate pieces and keep stirring for a mins till chocolate melts completely.

    Now remove the cake from the fridge pour the chocolate mixture and spread evenly.

    Now again keep the cake in fridge for 4_5 hours.

    Now use the remaining walnuts for toppings.

  • 12

    Cut the cake into desired shape as per your choice
