Ingredients

Serves 4

  • bread slices 8-10 nos

  • cottage cheese 1 cups

  • carrot grated 1 nos

  • onion finely chopped 1 nos

  • Coriander 1 sprig

  • red chilli powder, 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • chaat masala, 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • salt to taste. 2 tsp

Directions

    Except for the bread mix all d above ings.mashed it nicely with ur hand n make a dough.

    Now take bread slicez n cut the sides.

    Take a rolling pin n roll each slice.

    Now take 1 piece of bread put 1 tbsp of d mixture n roll it.

    Tapur hand with water to stick the end.

  • 06

    Same way complete the process with d other slices.

    Brush each roll with little butter from all sides

  • 08

    Take a non stick pan n toss the rolls from both the sides

  • 09

    Serve hot with green chutney or ketchup.
