Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and onions.
when onion turns translucent add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilly.
Add some salt, turmeric powder and let the oil separate.
Meanwhile break the cluster beans into small pieces by hand , wash and transfer it into the pan.
mix it well and cover the lid. Cluster beans leaves water while cooking, wait till the water dries up and then garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice.
Serve hot with chapati.
