Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gram cluster beans


  • 1 onion finely chopped


  • 4 green chilly chopped


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and onions.
  • when onion turns translucent add ginger garlic paste and chopped green chilly.
  • Add some salt, turmeric powder and let the oil separate.
  • Meanwhile break the cluster beans into small pieces by hand , wash and transfer it into the pan.
  • mix it well and cover the lid. Cluster beans leaves water while cooking, wait till the water dries up and then garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with a dash of lemon juice.
  • Serve hot with chapati.
