Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Whole wheat flour 1 cup


  • Oats flour 1/2 cup


  • Coco Powder 1 table spoon


  • Baking powder 1 tsp


  • Baking soda 1/2 tsp


  • Apple chopped 1 medium


  • Honey 2 tbsp


  • Brown sugar 2 tbsp


  • Milk 1/2 cup


  • Oil 1/2 cup


  • Vanilla essence 1 tsp


  • Raisin 1/2 cup


  • Flax seeds 1 tsp to sprinkle on top


  • Vinegar 1 tsp


  • Chocochips 5 tbsp

Directions

  • Sieve all dry ingredients.
  • In a blender jar blend apple, honey, sugar, milk and oil until well combined.
  • Take out in a bowl.
  • Add 1 tsp vinegar and keep aside.
  • Now add all dry ingredients into wet.
  • Add raisins and vanilla essence and combine until no lumps remain.
  • Do not overmix.
  • Fill the cupcake liners with batter.
  • Top with chocochips and flax seeds.
  • Pre heat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
  • Bake for 25 minutes or a toorhpick comes out clean.
  • Enjoy endlessly!!!
