Sieve all dry ingredients.
In a blender jar blend apple, honey, sugar, milk and oil until well combined.
Take out in a bowl.
Add 1 tsp vinegar and keep aside.
Now add all dry ingredients into wet.
Add raisins and vanilla essence and combine until no lumps remain.
Do not overmix.
Fill the cupcake liners with batter.
Top with chocochips and flax seeds.
Pre heat oven at 180C for 10 minutes.
Bake for 25 minutes or a toorhpick comes out clean.
