Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate chopped 1 1/2 cups


  • All purpose flour 1/2 cup


  • Cocoa powder 1/4 cup


  • Oil 1/2 cup


  • Eggs 3 (at room temperature)


  • Sugar 3/4 cup (or 1 cup)


  • Vanilla essence 1 tbsp


  • Whipped cream 2 cups

Directions

  • As the name suggests, these are done in flat 2 minutes. And what's more, this recipe of mine does not use either baking powder or butter. Gooey and fudgy, dense brownies loaded with the goodness of dark chocolate are a treat to the tastebuds. A heavenly indulgence is what i call this. Dig into these goodies any time you wish or crave to have something sweet with chocolate. Happy Microwaving !!!!!!!!!
  • Whisk eggs and oil with vanilla essence and sugar. Whisk until creamy.
  • Now fold in the flour and the cocoa powder. Do not forget to sift them once.
  • Lastly add in the chopped chocolate. Mix gently and fill up the silicon moulds until 3/4th of it fillled up.Do not fill upto the brim.
  • Microwave on high power for 2 minutes.
  • I have used a 1250 watt microwave for this. The timing might differ a bit depending upon your microwave. So keep an eye on them.
  • Make them in batches of two. So it would take about 4 minutes in all for them to be ready.
  • Serve them with whipped cream or vanilla icecream.
