Whisk in the eggs and the sugar. Beat until creamy. Fold in the dry ingredients little by little. Stir in the walnuts and melted chocolate too.
Preheat the oven on 180°. Line a muffin pan with the liners. Fill them until half with the batter.
Tap it gently once before placing the tray in the oven.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until done.
Serve them while still warm and store the rest in an airtight container.
