Add cocoa powder and sugar to milk. Mix well until lumpfree. Heat it on a high until it boils. Bring down the heat to low and stir in fresh cream,vanilla and chopped chocolate.
Stir well until it thickens and take it off the heat.
Pour in 3 individual serving glasses. Top with marshmallows and serve it right away.
