Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 3 ripe bananas cut into chunks


  • 250 gram dark chocolate


  • 1/2 cup milk


  • 2tbsp chocolate chips

Directions

  • Edible chocolate cup
  • Paint a thin layer of chocolate on to the inside of each cup cakes liner
  • Refrigerate the liners for 10 minutes
  • Paint a second thin layer of chocolate on top of the first layer
  • Refrigerate the liners another 10 minutes
  • Carefully pop the chocolate cups out of the liners.
  • Pop the banana chunks on a flat tre and cover well.
  • Freeze for at least 1 hour
  • When ready to eat throw the Banana in to a food processor and whizz until smooth with enough of the milk to achieve a creamy texture.
  • Scoop in to 3 chocolate cups then top with the chocolate chips.
  • Serve chilled
