Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Sprouted moth beans 2bowls

  • Onion cut 1

  • Ginger garlic paste 1tsp

  • Red chilli powder 2 tsp

  • Turmeric 1tsp

  • Salt as 1.5tsp

  • Garam masala 1tsp

  • Cumin seeds 1tso

  • Mustard seeds 1tsp

  • Oil 3tsp

  • Grated dry coconut 2tsp

  • Corriander 2tsp

  • Lemon juice 1tsp

  • Sugar 1/2tsp

Directions

    First wash moth beans and add in boiling water and let it cook till softens

  • 02

    Heat oil in kadahi ,add mustard and cumin seeds ,when splutters add cut onion

  • 03

    Saute it for 2 minutes .Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes

    Add red chilli powder , turmeric powder ,garam masala ,salt,mix well.

    Now add cooked moth beans and mix well.now add lemon juice and sugar mix well

    Cook for 5 minutes on low flame

  • 07

    Take it down. Serv hot with roti or bhakri . Garnish with grated dry coconut and corriander
