Take oil in a pressure cooker and add mustard seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste and onions.
Add some salt and wait till onion turn golden.
Add tomato and when it wsmushy add turmeric powder, red chilly powder and mix well.
Add matki and saute for a minute.
Add 1/2 cup water and pressure cook for 1 whistle.
Serve hot with chopped onions and lemon wedges.
