Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 grated cucumber


  • 3-4 tsp gram flour


  • 2 tsp curd


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 /2 tsp garlic-chilly paste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 2 tsp oil

Directions

  • Take gram flour, curd, cucumber, salt, sesame seeds, turmeric and red chilly powder, garlic chilly paste, salt and mix well.
  • Incorporate some water enough to make a thick batter.
  • Add some oil on a tawa and heat it.
  • Make small portions of the batter and with wet hands make a thalipeeth .
  • Transfer it on tawa and cook on both sides.
  • Serve hot with curd raita.
