Ingredients
Serves 2
150 grams penne pasta
2 tsp pasta sauce
5-6 tsp sweet corn
4-5 tsp mushrooms
5 tsp chopped baby corn
1 tsp butter
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp parmesan cheese
1 tsp oregano
1 pinch mixed herbs
1 tsp chilly flakes
Directions
Boil pasta in water till al dante with a tsp oil and a pinch salt.
Heat oil and add butter and some olive oil.
Add chopped garlic, chopped mushroom, baby corns chopped, sweet corn, salt, pasta sauce, oregano, chilly flakes and mix well.
Add pasta and toss. Add some parmesan cheese and mixed herbs.
Serve hot with some more cheese, oregano and dash of olive oil.
