Ingredients

  • 150gm paneer, 4 boil potatoes, 4 tomatoes purée, 1onion paste, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste, 1 teaspoon haldi,2tablespoon dhaniya,1 tablespoon degi mirch 1 tablespoon Garamond masala 1,2 tejpatta,1 kali elaychi for Decoration grated carrot and coriander leaves salt to taste 2 -4 spoon oil

    for koftas preparation cut boiled potatoes into half make a shaft on it if u like u can bake or fry it keep a side next take paneer and mesh it properly then add salt and garam masala little bit or according to ur tast add coriander lives chopped mix well then add 1 tablespoon mixture of paneer into each potatoes shaft and decorate like a pic for gravy add oil on hot pan then add zeera or whole masala add onion paste when they turn brown add ginger garlic paste and sauté one min then add tomato purée mix well cooked about 5 mints on medium flame add salt to taste turn off gas add cream if u like or plate it with ur koftas with it and decorated with grated carrot or coriander leaves
