Sprouts moong 2 cups Chopped onion 2 Garlic chopped 1 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Coriander powder 2 tsp Goda masala 2 -3 tsp. Tomato chopped 2 med sz Curry patta a few leaves
Ingredients for rassa Finely chopped onion 1 Goda masala 2 tsp Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp Oil 2 tsp Water Salt
Method 1.In a pan add oil, add garlic, add onions and curry leaves, saute onion till transparent and add tomatoes to it. 2.Add all the dry masala and boiled sprouts. Add little water . Add salt and cook well till we get a not very thick gravy.
In a vessel add oil add onion n Saute add dry masala add water . Cook till the oil floats. This rassa is watery .
Now to assemble, in a dish add the sprouts gravy, top it with namkeen mixture and chopped onion. Serve with rassa separately. Also lemon . Chopped onion. Serve Pav with this.
