All Purpose Flour / Maida – 3 cup more
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Milk Powder – 4 tblspn
Warm Milk – 1 cup more as needed
Sugar – 10 tblspn powdered
Vanilla Essence – 1.5 tsp
Oil for Deep frying or 2 cup
For Chocolate Sauce:Sugar – 1 cup
Cocoa Powder – 3 tblspn
Milk – 2 to 3 tblspn as needed
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Take flour, milk powder, salt in a bowl.
Add in the milk and use a spoon to mix the whole thing. It will be very sticky.
Now add in soft butter and mix that well.
Roll the dough into ½ inch thickness and cut into mini doughnuts with a doughnut cutter
Heat sufficient oil in a kadai and deep-fry the doughnuts on medium heat till golden.
Take melted dark chocolate syrup in a bowl, dip the fried doughnuts in it till well coate
Transfer the doughnuts on a serving plate
