mix all ingredients in sattu except oil for frying
add salt to taste
filling is ready
now take out medium size bolls from flour make a grove in Middle fill sattu filling and close it
in a big pan add water . add salt let it boil
add prepared bati in boiling water . boil for 10 minuets
take out from water let it cool
deep fry in oil
serve with aalu baingan bharta
