Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • wheat flour dough 300 gm


  • sattu ( ground roasted gram ) 150 gm


  • chopped onian 1


  • choooed garlic 5 cloves


  • chopped green chillies 4


  • mustered oil 3 tspn


  • mango or chilli pickle masala 2 tspn


  • oil for frying 400 ml

Directions

  • mix all ingredients in sattu except oil for frying
  • add salt to taste
  • filling is ready
  • now take out medium size bolls from flour make a grove in Middle fill sattu filling and close it
  • in a big pan add water . add salt let it boil
  • add prepared bati in boiling water . boil for 10 minuets
  • take out from water let it cool
  • deep fry in oil
  • serve with aalu baingan bharta
