Ingredients
Serves 4
wheat flour dough 300 gm
sattu ( ground roasted gram ) 150 gm
chopped onian 1
choooed garlic 5 cloves
chopped green chillies 4
mustered oil 3 tspn
mango or chilli pickle masala 2 tspn
oil for frying 400 ml
Directions
mix all ingredients in sattu except oil for frying
add salt to taste
filling is ready
now take out medium size bolls from flour make a grove in Middle fill sattu filling and close it
in a big pan add water . add salt let it boil
add prepared bati in boiling water . boil for 10 minuets
take out from water let it cool
deep fry in oil
serve with aalu baingan bharta
