Ingredients

Serves 4

  • wheat flour dough 300 gm

  • sattu ( ground roasted gram ) 150 gm

  • chopped onian 1

  • choooed garlic 5 cloves

  • chopped green chillies 4

  • mustered oil 3 tspn

  • mango or chilli pickle masala 2 tspn

  • oil for frying 400 ml

Directions

    mix all ingredients in sattu except oil for frying

  • 02

    add salt to taste

  • 03

    filling is ready

  • 04

    now take out medium size bolls from flour make a grove in Middle fill sattu filling and close it

  • 05

    in a big pan add water . add salt let it boil

  • 06

    add prepared bati in boiling water . boil for 10 minuets

  • 07

    take out from water let it cool

  • 08

    deep fry in oil

  • 09

    serve with aalu baingan bharta
