  • For Soya Korma Soya mini chunk...200gm


  • Chopped onion...1


  • Ginger garlic paste...1tspn


  • Finely chopped tomato...1


  • Green chilli paste...1tspn


  • Red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Kashmiri red chilli powder...1tspn


  • Cumin powder...1teaspn


  • Turmeric powder...1teaspn


  • Cumin powder...1tspn


  • Garam masala...1/4teaspn


  • Coriander leaves...4tspn


  • Salt...1teaspn


  • Sugar...1/4teaspn


  • Oil...2tspn


  • For Lachha Prantha... Flour...2cup


  • Ghee...2tspn


  • Salt...1tspn


  • Carom seeds...1teaspn


  • Curd....1/2cup


  • Sugar...1teaspn


  • Oil...1/2cup for frying

Directions

  • Make a dough of flour, ghee, salt, carom seeds, curd , sugar & required water.Cover it with a wet cloth & keep rest for 15 mins.
  • After 15 mins take a medium size ball from dough & roll it.
  • Then apply ghee & sprinkle wheat flour all over the prantha.
  • Now start to make layers.For this cut the prantha into so many long & thin strips.Collect all the strips & apply ghee on it again.
  • Now start rolling into spiral form.Brush ghee on it & roll it with the help of hand.Don't use rolling pin otherwise layers can't be seen properly.
  • Fry it now like prantha.
  • For soya korma, heat oil, add finely chopped onion, tomato & ginger garlic paste.Saute it for sometime till it turn soft mixture
  • Make a paste of cumin powder, turmeric powder, red chilli, kashmiri red chilli ,garam masala with 2 spn of hot water.Add it to the onion mixture.Cook it for 4 to 5 minutes.
  • Boil soya chunks in hot water for 5 mins.Then squeeze out the excess water from soya chunk & add it to the spice mixture.
  • Add salt, sugar & 2 cup of hot water.Cover it & let it cook for 10 minutes.
  • After that check gravy & salt.Add coriander leaves & garam masala & switch off the flame
  • Serve it with prantha & salads.
