Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 250 gram lobia / chaoli phalli


  • 3-4 garlic cloves


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds

Directions

  • Heat oil and add mustard seeds. Peel garlic and add it in the pan.
  • Break phalli in small pieces by hand and transfer it into the pan.
  • Add salt, turmeric and red chilly powder. Mix well and cover till phalli turns tender.
  • Serve hot with chapati.
