For aloo stuffing:
In a small mixing bowl mash boiled potatoes well.... add rest of the ingredients mentioned in ingredients list and mix well n keep side.
Paratha dough recipe------
In a bowl take wheat flour add salt......add water and knead the dough n grease the dough with a tsp of oil and rest for atleast 10 minutes.
Assembling and rolling aloo paratha recipe:
Take a medium sized ball dough roll n place the prepared stuffing in the center.......take the edge and start pleating bringing to center....
and press the pleats from center......sprinkle some flour and roll to of a chapati size.....on a hot tava place the rolled paratha and cook both sides.... add ghee and press slightly......finally, serve hot aloo parathas with sauce n green chutnies.
