Ingredients

  • 1cup soaked rice

  • 1cup soaked poha

  • 1tbsp salt

  • 2spoon curd

  • Chopped veggie 1cup

  • 1spoon oil

Directions

    Wash n soak rice for 2 hr n make smooth paste of rice n poha.

    Add salt n curd n rest it for 2hr.now add veggie n mix well

  • 03

    Now take heavy bottom pan add 1tbsp oil

  • 04

    Now add batter n let it cook for 5min in low to medium flame.

  • 05

    From both sides n had ur healthy lunch.
