Take a bowl add wheat flour, semolina,oil , black pepper n salt mix well now add water n make soft dough.keep aside for 10min.
Now take bowl add boiled mashed potatoes , cheese and all dry ingredients mix well n make tikki.n refrigerate for 10min.
Now take small portion from dough n roll like chapati.n let it cook with oil from both sides.
Now deep fry tikki in hot oil for 5-6min.
Take chapati spread sauce then tikki then chopped onion, tomato n cucumber cover with another chapati.
Enjoy ur healthy chapati burger.
