Ingredients

Serves 3

  • Soyabean chunks- 100gm

  • Chana dal- 1/2 cup

  • Potatoes- 2 big

  • Onion 1 chopped

  • Green chili- 3 chopped

  • Chat masala- 2 teaspoon

  • Gram masala- 1 teaspoon

  • Red chili powder- 1/2 teaspoon

  • Salt 1 teaspoon

  • Coriander leave: 6 to 7 chopped

  • Oil 3 tablespoon for shallow frying

Directions

    soak the soya bean chunks for one or two hour in hot water.

  • 02

    drain and squeeze out water.

  • 03

    boil the potato and mashed it well.

  • 04

    boil the chana dal separately.

  • 05

    grind the soya chunks and chana dal together

  • 06

    now in a big bowl add soya and chana dal mixture mashed potatoes chopped onion and all the dry spices mix it well.

    Now take a small portion roll it in a shape of kebab

  • 08

    Now heat oil in a pan and shallow fry it till golden brown color

  • 09

    Serve hot with any type of dip
