  • Tawa Aloo kulcha_ All purpose flour 1 cup.

  • Wheat flour 1 cup.

  • Baking powder 1 tea spoon

  • Sugar 1 tea spoon.

  • Ghee 1 tablespoon.

  • Yogurt 1 cup

  • Oil 1 tablespoon

  • Potato(boiled and mashed) 2 numbers

  • Red chili powder 1 tea spoon

  • Coriander leaves(chopped)1 tablespoon

  • Green chillies(chopped) 2 numbers

  • Amchur powder 1/2 tea spoon

  • Garam masala 1/4 tea spoon.

  • Black sesame seeds 1/4 tea spoon.

  • ginger (finely chopped) 1/2 tea spoon

  • Salt 1 tsp _according to taste..

  • StuffedTomatoinpalakgravy _For gravy 1bowl blanch palak puree

  • onion & ginger garlic paste 1tsp

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • salt to taste 1 tsp

  • 1tsp ghee

  • cumin seeds 1/2 tsp

  • Asafoetida 1/4 tsp

  • For stuffing 2 tomatoes

  • 1 cup crumble paneer

  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala

  • 1/2 cup blanched green peas

  • salt to taste 1tsp

  • coriander strigs 10 t0 12

  • Mangoseviyankheer _1 cup mango pulp

  • 1 ltrs milk

  • 3/4 cup vermicelli

  • 1 tbsp ghee

  • 3/4 tsp cardamom powder

  • 6 tbsp sugar

  • Almond and pistachio flakes 1 tbsp

  • Mango pieces for garnish 1 tbsp

  • CornSalad _1cup boiled corn

  • 1cup chopped vegetables of ur choice

  • 1 tsp chaat masala

  • 1tsp pepper powder

  • olive oil 1/2 tsp

  • vinegar 1/2 tsp

  • coriander strigs 10 to12

  • lemon juice 1/2 tsp

    TawaAlookulcha _Take a bowl, add all purpose flour, wheat flour, baking powder, sugar, ghee, yogurt and mix thoroughly to make a soft dough, apply little oil and keep aside. Take a bowl and add mashed potato, red chili powder, coriander leaves, green chilies, amchur powder, garam masala, mix nicely and make round balls for stuffing. Divide the dough into small portion, press it with hands. Later stuff masala and close the edges. Place it on the polythene sheet, press it lightly and sprinkle black sesame seeds, ginger, coriander leaves. Apply little oil to hands and press it. Then sprinkle little water . Place it on the hot tawa and cook with the lid on it. Turn on other side and cook it again with closed lid on it. Transfer it to a plate and apply oil on it. Now the aloo tava kulcha are ready to serve.

    StuffedTomatoinpalakgravy _In a pan heat ghee..Add cumin seeds,asafoetida,add onion,ginger garlic paste. saute well.. Add all masalas..add palak puree.. cook for 10 mins.. Take tomatoes..cut at d top..scoop it..In paneer add salt.chaat masala,pepper powder,coriander strigs,green peas. Mix well. fill dis mixture in tomatoes. In a grease oven safe dish..arrange the filled tomatoes.add palak puree.. Bake till tomatoes become soft.. serve with kulcha,Naan or paratha...

    Mangoseviyankheer_Heat some ghee and then roast the vermicelli and once color changes add milk to it and let it boil - Add sugar and turn off the flame and add cardamom powder & add mango pulp - Refrigerate the kheer and serve in bowl and garnish it with almond flakes, pistachio flakes & Mango pieces.

    CornSalad_In a bowl mix corn & vegetables In a spoon take olive oil.add chaat masala,pepper powder,salt,vinegar Mix well . Add into the corn & vegetables mixture. Add lemon juice,coriander strigs.. Mix well. Lunch is ready to serve..
