Serves 4

  • 150 grams pasta

  • 1 medium onion

  • 1 medium tomato

  • 1 medium capsicum

  • 1 big carrot

  • 20 grams beans

  • 2 tbs oil

  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder

  • 2 tbs mozzarella cheese

  • 2 tbs pasta sauce

    take a pot for boiling pasta put 4 cups water let it boil very well then add salt as per your taste and 1/2 tsp oil then add pasta stir occasionally and boil for 8 minutes

    than drain water and wash with cool water and keep aside

    now cut all vegetables finely you can add any other vegetables also as per your choice

    take a wok put 1 and 1/2 tbs oil in it let it hot then put onion on medium heat cook for 2 minutes

    then add all chopped veggies in it and stir cook on low heat until it becomes soft

    add black pepper powder and salt also as required mix it very well

    now put boiled pasta in it give a good mix on very low heat

    mix pasta sauce and cheese in it stir and mix very well on low heat then off heat

    your pasta is ready for eating if you want to add extra cheese you can add
