Roughly mash potatoes, carrots and peas and mix with peri peri spice mix, salt and Bread crumbs
Devide into 12 equal portions and from each into sausage shaped corquettes
Roll each croquettes in bread crumbs.
Heat oil in a large frying pan and fry in batches. You can shallow fry also. fry until the croquettes are golden all over.
Drain on kitchen paper before serving.
Serve hot with tea or ketchup or salad.
