Ingredients
Serves 2
1 cup red poha ( red flattern rice)
1/4 cup carrot ( sliced )
2 tablespoon capsicum ( chopped )
1/4 cup onion ( chopped )
2 tablespoon peanut (fried )
1 tablespoon schezwan fried rice masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 Salt to taste
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
Directions
Put poha in boiling water for a few minutes till it is soft.
Drain and rinse poha in cold water.
In a pan heat oil. Put the carrots and onion. Add pinch of salt and saute for minutes.
Add capsicum and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, schezwan fried rice masala. Mix well
Add red rice poha and salt to taste mix together.
Turn off flame and add lemon juice and peanuts mix well.
Serve hot. .enjoy with tea.
