Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup red poha ( red flattern rice)


  • 1/4 cup carrot ( sliced )


  • 2 tablespoon capsicum ( chopped )


  • 1/4 cup onion ( chopped )


  • 2 tablespoon peanut (fried )


  • 1 tablespoon schezwan fried rice masala


  • 1 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 Salt to taste


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 1 tablespoon oil

Directions

  • Put poha in boiling water for a few minutes till it is soft.
  • Drain and rinse poha in cold water.
  • In a pan heat oil. Put the carrots and onion. Add pinch of salt and saute for minutes.
  • Add capsicum and red chilli powder, turmeric powder, schezwan fried rice masala. Mix well
  • Add red rice poha and salt to taste mix together.
  • Turn off flame and add lemon juice and peanuts mix well.
  • Serve hot. .enjoy with tea.
