In a bowl add wheat flour, pinch of salt, a teaspoon of oil, mix it well and knead it into a a dough using water.
Cover the dough and keep it aside
Meanwhile, heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan add cumin, asafoetida, garlic paste, chilli paste, curry leaves and saute it.
Add all the dry spices and mashed boiled sweet potatoes.
Add lemon juice and salt. mix everything well and remove it from the flame.
Now make 5-6 equal balls of this potato mix.
Make 5-6 equal balls of the dough as well.
Roll the dough little flat using some dry flour. Stuff this potato ball in it. And roll it into paratha.
The thickness of paratha depends on your requirement. You can roll thin or thick according to your choice.
Now heat a tawa or a pan grill parathas from both the sides using little oil.
Parathas are ready to serve. A perfect healthy lunch recipe.
Good to carry in your tiffin.
Serve it with Curd or raita or chutney.
