Ingredients

Serves 6

  • beetroot boiled n grated 2 nos

  • carrots grated 4 nos

  • matar grind it coarsrly 1 cups

  • Bread pieces grind it coarsely 7-8 nos

  • poha wash n drain n keep it for 45 mins . 2 cups

  • capsicum finely chopped 2 nos

  • red chilli powder 1 tbsp

  • chaat masala 1 tbsp

  • amchur powder 1 tbsp

  • pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • salt as per taste. 1 pinch

Directions

    Mix all the above ings.. to make a dough.. and give shape as per your choice.

    Deep fry on medium flame till they are crispy.

  • 03

    Enjoy hot with green chutney
