Ingredients
Serves 6
beetroot boiled n grated 2 nos
carrots grated 4 nos
matar grind it coarsrly 1 cups
Bread pieces grind it coarsely 7-8 nos
poha wash n drain n keep it for 45 mins . 2 cups
capsicum finely chopped 2 nos
red chilli powder 1 tbsp
chaat masala 1 tbsp
amchur powder 1 tbsp
pav bhaji masala 1 tbsp
garam masala 1 tsp
salt as per taste. 1 pinch
Directions
Mix all the above ings.. to make a dough.. and give shape as per your choice.
Deep fry on medium flame till they are crispy.
Enjoy hot with green chutney
