Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 2 tbs corn seeds boiled

  • 1 tbs chopped carrot

  • 1 tbs capsicum chopped

  • 1 tbs onion chopped

  • 1 tbs coriander leaves chopped

  • 1/3 tsp salt or as per taste

  • 1/3 Black pepper powder

  • 1/2 tsp oil

  • 1 tsp grated cheese (optional)

  • 2 tbs corn meal flour (makki ka aata)

Directions

  • 01

    grind boiled corn in a mixer and make a fine paste

  • 02

    take a mixing bowl put all veggies and corn paste in it

  • 03

    add corn meal flour (makki ka aata), salt and black pepper powder and give a good mix

  • 04

    add water and make a mixture like dosa consistency

  • 05

    take a flat iron pan make it hot grease with little oil

  • 06

    then on medium flame spread dosa mixture on it the size you want according that

  • 07

    cook from one side put little oil on another side and turn it cook from both side

  • 08

    garnish with grated cheese and serve with tomato sauce
