Ingredients
Serves 4
cooked rice 1 cups
onion, finely chopped 1 nos
boiled potato finely chopped 1 nos
green chilli, finely chopped 3-4 nos
coriander 1/4 cups
gram flour 3-4 tbsp
red chilli powder 1 tsp
amchur powder 1 tsp
chat masala 1 tsp
jaljeera 1 tsp
garam masala 1 tsp
kitchen king powder 1 tsp
asafoetida (hing) 1/2 pinch
Salt to taste 2 tsp
Oil for frying 200 ml
Directions
Take rice in a bowl and mash it well with your hands. Add all the ingredients and mix well. If required, sprinkle some water while mixing and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan
Now take some mixture in your hand and put in hot oil lower the flame Deep-fry till pakoras are crispy and golden.
Enjoy hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
