Ingredients
Serves : 4
1 cups cooked rice
1 nos onion, finely chopped
1 nos boiled potato finely chopped
3-4 nos green chilli, finely chopped
1/4 cups coriander
3-4 tbsp gram flour
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp amchur powder
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp jaljeera
1 tsp garam masala
1 tsp kitchen king powder
1/2 pinch asafoetida (hing)
2 tsp salt to taste
200 ml oil for frying
Directions
Take rice in a bowl and mash it well with your hands. Add all the ingredients and mix well. If required, sprinkle some water while mixing and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan
Now take some mixture in your hand and put in hot oil lower the flame Deep-fry till pakoras are crispy and golden.
