  • 1 cups cooked rice

  • 1 nos onion, finely chopped

  • 1 nos boiled potato finely chopped

  • 3-4 nos green chilli, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cups coriander

  • 3-4 tbsp gram flour

  • 1 tsp red chilli powder

  • 1 tsp amchur powder

  • 1 tsp chat masala

  • 1 tsp jaljeera

  • 1 tsp garam masala

  • 1 tsp kitchen king powder

  • 1/2 pinch asafoetida (hing)

  • 2 tsp salt to taste

  • 200 ml oil for frying


  • Take rice in a bowl and mash it well with your hands. Add all the ingredients and mix well. If required, sprinkle some water while mixing and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Heat oil in a pan
  • Now take some mixture in your hand and put in hot oil lower the flame Deep-fry till pakoras are crispy and golden.
  • Enjoy hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
