Ingredients

Serves 4

  • cooked rice 1 cups

  • onion, finely chopped 1 nos

  • boiled potato finely chopped 1 nos

  • green chilli, finely chopped 3-4 nos

  • coriander 1/4 cups

  • gram flour 3-4 tbsp

  • red chilli powder 1 tsp

  • amchur powder 1 tsp

  • chat masala 1 tsp

  • jaljeera 1 tsp

  • garam masala 1 tsp

  • kitchen king powder 1 tsp

  • asafoetida (hing) 1/2 pinch

  • Salt to taste 2 tsp

  • Oil for frying 200 ml

Directions

    Take rice in a bowl and mash it well with your hands. Add all the ingredients and mix well. If required, sprinkle some water while mixing and keep aside for 10 minutes.

    Heat oil in a pan

    Now take some mixture in your hand and put in hot oil lower the flame Deep-fry till pakoras are crispy and golden.

    Enjoy hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
