Ingredients

Serves 2

  • 150 gram wholewheat maccaroni

  • 1 onion chopped

  • 1 tsp salsa sauce

  • 1/2 cup chopped broccoli

  • 1/2 cup chopped carrots

  • 1 tsp chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp pepper powder

  • 2-3 tsp parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp salt to taste

  • 2 tsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp mixed herbs

Directions

    Boil broccoli and maccaroni together till al dante

    Heat oil in a pan and add garlic, chopped onion and let it turn golden brown.

    Add salt and red chilly flakes.

  • 04

    Add salt and red chilly flakes, carrots and cook for a minute.

  • 05

    Remove broccoli and transfer it into the pan along with salsa sauce.

    Add the maccaroni and toss it gently.

  • 07

    sprinkle mixed herbs, chilly flames and add generous amount of cheese. toss again and serve hot with a dash of olive oil
