Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, let it turn golden brown.
Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Wait till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes off
Blend tomato, green chilly paste, coriander leaves and mint leaves together until smooth and add it into the pan. Wait till the oil separates
Add turmeric, red chilly powder, cumin powder and mix well.
Add sliced mushrooms and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
Add garam masala powder and serve hot.
Garnish with coriander and eat with chapati or rice
