Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 grams button mushrooms (sliced)


  • 1 large onion finely chopped


  • 1 tomato


  • 1 tsp green chilly paste


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp kashmiri red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 1 tsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp mint leaves

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add finely chopped onions, let it turn golden brown.
  • Add 1 tsp ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Wait till the raw smell of ginger garlic goes off
  • Blend tomato, green chilly paste, coriander leaves and mint leaves together until smooth and add it into the pan. Wait till the oil separates
  • Add turmeric, red chilly powder, cumin powder and mix well.
  • Add sliced mushrooms and cook it for 5 minutes on high flame.
  • Add garam masala powder and serve hot.
  • Garnish with coriander and eat with chapati or rice
