Spinach leaves 3bowls
Besan 1TSP
Cooked mungdal 1bowl
Roasted chana daal 2TSP
Peanuts 2TSP
Dry coconut chopped 1TSP
Green chili paste 2TSP
Garlic ginger paste 1TSP
Cumin seeds 1TSP
Garlic buds fried 6
Oil 3tsp
Lemon juice 1TSP
Cooked rice 3bowls
Directions
First wash spinach leaves and boil in water with a pinch of salt for 5 minutes
Now take it down ,cool it n make pyuri
Add besan n mix well in pyuri
Heat the oil ,add cumin seeds ,add mustard seeds when sputter add peanuts then roasted chana daal then dry coconut saute for 2 minutes.Now add green chili paste ,ginger garlic paste n saute it for 3 minutes .Now add salt.
Add spinach pyuri mix well then add cooked chana daal add a cup of water as per Ur need to adjust consistency .Add lemon juice
Let it boil for 5 minutes
Take it down .serv with cooked rice .Garnish with fried garlic buds
