Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, green chilly ans saute for a minute.
Add onion and salt, let it turn golden , then add tomatoes.
When tomato turns mushy add turmeric powder, red chilly powder, coriander powder , coriander leaves, garam masala and saute it for a minute. Add sev and mix it well
Take 1 1/2 cup water and bring it to boil.
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
