Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • Paneer pieces 200gm


  • chopped Spinach 1 bowl


  • 1 chopped onions


  • 2 green chilli


  • 2 teaspoon roasted jeera powder


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 3 garlic cloves


  • 2Tspn dhaniya powder


  • 2 teaspoon jeera seeds


  • 2Tspn tumeric powder- red chilli powder


  • Salt as per taste. 1Tspn sugar


  • 2Tbspn butter


  • Cooking oil 5tbspn

Directions

  • First blend the onion, ginger, garlic , green chilli into a smooth paste.
  • Then add chopped spinach and some water into another mixer and blend it into smooth paste.
  • Now add 3 tablespoon oil and fry all the paneer pieces both sides.
  • After frying cut the paneer pieces into small size
  • Now add 2tbspn butter to the pan
  • Add 2tspn jeera seeds
  • Add the onion + ginger+ garlic paste
  • Mix it well
  • Add 2tspn tumeric and red chilli powder
  • Add the spinach paste
  • Mix it well. Add 2tspn jeera - dhaniya powder. Mix it well
  • Add salt as per taste. Add 1tspn sugar. Mix it well. Add the fried paneer. Mix it well.
  • Add a spoonful of butter on top and serve it.
